About UsWe are Rory and Anna, we met in 2005 and relocated to Cornwall in 2015. Our careers have always been in hospitality, Rory as a chef who has cooked in some amazing kitchens around Cornwall and Anna as an event manager and later a general manager for a wedding and events venue. Our love and passion for excellent food, and a desire to work together to build our own business kick started us to purchase a horsebox and turn it into Chopbox Street Kitchen in 2019.
Now 5 years later our horsebox has been retired as over the years we have catered more and more weddings and events using our love of BBQ'ing and smoking to influence our menus and cooking style. Our combined experience of delivering and managing events and providing great food and service aligns with our business today. Our love of using local Cornish produce and cooking big flavours as well as providing friendly, professional and experienced service is at the core of our business and we hope that shines through.

We wanted to take the time to send you a HUGE thank you. I cannot begin to tell you how DELICIOUS the food was and how much everyone loved it! It was so so yummy. The beef brisket I had was AMAZING (I am salivating now at the thought of it!!) and everyone was also raving over the chicken and veggie options too. I know I thanked you on the evening of Naomi & Ryan's wedding on August 10th, but I just wanted to write and thank you again. The food you served on the day was absolutely amazing. Everything tasted fabulous, a real taste sensation with every mouthful. All the food was hot, served quickly and was so well presented. The waitresses were so hard working, friendly and all had a smile on their face. We have received so many compliments about the food and the waiting staff. Thank you for all the extra things you did on the day, we really couldn't have done it without you. You definitely helped the day run so smoothly. We really had the best day. We’ve been meaning to email you over the last couple of days to say the biggest thank you. Honestly the food was absolutely incredible. When we initially started planning the wedding, it was a big priority not to just have a mediocre roast or something. The day and the food in particular was absolutely spectacular. Had so many comments from people about how delicious the food was - my godmother in particular said it was the most delicious food she’s ever had at a wedding. All went so smoothly as well.
