Chopbox Catering is an independent event and wedding caterer based near Truro, Cornwall, run by a friendly and experienced team with a shared passion for exceptional food, bold flavours, and professional service. With a wealth of experience in the restaurant, hospitality, and events industry, we know what works and how to create memorable meals and food experiences that will enhance any event, be it a wedding, birthday party, corporate event or crew catering. 


In addition to catering, we can provide full event support, including waiting staff, crockery and equipment hire, and expert guidance on event timing and coordination.

Our food

We honour our ingredients with a cooking style that elevates their natural flavours. Using BBQ grills and wood-fired smokers, we slow-cook meats and vegetables over charcoal, creating mouthwatering textures and deep, smoky flavours.

We love serving food "family-style"—hearty BBQ platters, feasting plates of fresh salads, and sides—inviting your guests to share in the experience and enhance your event. ​

We work at venues throughout Cornwall, bringing our team and experience to your event. Our desire is to give you and your guests the best food, right on time and with a smile so that you can relax and just enjoy yourself on your wedding day. 

Our wedding feast menu is designed around sharing platters served on the centre of your tables for your guests to pass and share.  
We also offer a canape menu, desserts, evening food, staffing and crockery hire options so for full day wedding or event catering in Cornwall we have you covered.

For parties, gatherings, birthdays, staff and corporate parties we have a number of different catering options to suit large or small numbers and budgets. 

For fuss free catering we can often deliver and drop off to your location or we can cook onsite if there is a kitchen available to use.
